One-on-One Coaching

One on one coaching sessions help to enable individuals to identify and develop skills, strengths, resources, abilities, and strategies to overcome challenges and maximize performance, passion and engagement.  As true as that is, let’s not be so corporate. We all have ‘stuff’ that gets in our way of reaching our fullest potential. One on one coaching is all about YOU! We use the ELI Assessment (see below) to identify those things tripping you up and draining you. Together we uncover what you really want out of your professional life, what’s limiting you, build upon your strengths and move you into action to create the life you really want.  Time to break through the have to’s, need to’s and shoulds!

Group/Team Coaching

In person sessions develop stronger team cohesiveness, clarify roles and responsibilities, and create goals and strategies that are aligned with department goals as well as the mission and vision of the organization. Together we break through both individual and team barriers to success to move everyone forward with excitement and confidence.

Workshops/Training

Ongoing professional development sets your organization up for success by setting each individual up for success. Our goal at Inspire Bliss is that we do not want to provide the training that leaves people with no real tools to make a difference in their day to day lives. When you walk away from an Inspire Bliss training, you walk away with practical tools and new understanding to allow for true personal and professional growth. Assessments

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment provides quantitative results on how individuals are ‘showing up’ in their lives. This assessment and debrief, combined with coaching, supports individuals to develop their ability to motivate and inspire themselves, their teams, and their co-workers, into positive and sustainable action.  This assessment can also be administered as a 360. Facilitation

From executive board meetings to corporate teams, there are times where having an outside facilitator brings a neutrality to the meeting. This is especially effective during times of change, challenge and conflict. Having an facilitator also allows everyone to be fully participatory and not required to take on the facilitator role.
