What to expect: Practice, practice, practice your coaching, receive in the moment feedback, get real with yourself and share your vulnerability, observe others to learn, and have deeper discussions around energy, all in a judgment free zone – except perhaps your judgment of self! We learn and grow outside of our comfort zone, so let’s get uncomfortable together!!!

How to prepare: Feeling nervous to be practicing in front of strangers? UGH! That pit in your stomach is real! This is natural and your gremlin is working extra hard to keep you playing small! You do not need to study or review or prepare anything! All that is required is to show up with some vulnerability and an open mind. That’s it! We will provide the rest! Keep breathing! You’ve got this!!
